Since 1984, Strickland Towing & Tire Service has provided steady, experienced support to drivers, fleets, first responders, and commercial carriers across Kansas and Northern Oklahoma when the road gets rough.
What started with one service truck in Hunnewell, Kansas, has grown into a full-service towing, recovery, tire, and road service company with a 40-truck fleet. We serve a vital 100-mile stretch of Interstate 35 from Billings, Oklahoma, to El Dorado, Kansas, with dispatch support in Braman, South Haven, Wellington, and Wichita.

From sedans and work trucks to semis, buses, RVs, and loaded trailers, we handle roadside calls of every size. We’re also known as the go-to company for big wrecks, tough recoveries, and heavy-duty accident scenes.
Our team has handled over 1,000 heavy-duty accident recoveries and can manage almost any kind of cargo. That includes refrigerated goods, industrial equipment, live animals, grain, commercial freight, and oversized loads.

A serious roadside company needs people you can trust. Our operators hold training through WreckMaster and the American Towing & Recovery Institute, including rotator and light, medium, and heavy-duty certifications. Every call gets handled by people who know the road, the equipment, and the risks.

With 40 trucks and a wide range of trailers, Strickland can respond to everyday breakdowns and large-scale recoveries. Our fleet includes rotators, lowboys, Landolls, bus trailers, drop-deck trailers, RGNs, refrigerated trailers, and box trailers. GPS tracking and regular DOT inspections help keep every response organized and dependable.
